Many people fail to eat well because they don’t have a plan of action for their nutrition. Like anything, if you fail to plan, you plan to fail. If your goal is to eat well, use some reliable resources (ie: a well-researched book, a dietician or a nutritional consultant) to construct a well-balanced nutritional plan based on your goals. The next step is to take a couple of hours one day and prepare your meals for the coming week. Keep some meals in the fridge and others in the freezer if they won’t be eaten within a few days. This eliminates the excuse of not having enough time to make your meals in the morning and eating poorly.
